Board of Directors
Blind Summit is a London based company that creates original puppetry work, tours internationally, and strives for innovation and inclusion. This is an exciting time to join our Board of Directors as we are emerging from Covid by implementing our new vision and business plan.
Our Board is looking to appoint a minimum of two talented people who have a commitment to the arts and an enthusiasm for Blind Summit's ambition and work, complement the skills and talents of the existing board members, can think strategically, will work collaboratively and can make a significant contribution to the future of the organisation. We value a diverse team and welcome applications from all sectors of the community.
Terms of Appointment
Time commitment: four board meetings per year plus 0.5 days per month strategic support. Meetings are usually held in London or online.
Term of appointment: three-year term with the opportunity for an additional three-year term
Remuneration: this position is voluntary and does not offer remuneration. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Selection Process
Applications will be read by our Nominations Committee who will invite a shortlist to informal interview late January 2022, either
in-person or via video call. It is envisaged that, following an induction process, newly appointed directors will attend their first board meeting in March 2022.
