Call of the Wild

"As a token of what a PUPPET THING life is,
the ancient song surged through him
and he came into his own again"

It tells the story of Buck and domestic dog who is kidnapped and sold to be a sledge dog in the 1897 Klondike Goldrsuh accompanied by a new arrangement of Mahler's First Symphony perfeomred by an onstage Honky Tonk Bar Band.

First made and performed in 2010 by BA (Hons) Acting - Collaborative and Devised Theatre students, with design and make assistance from the BA (Hons) CDT and the BATP Puppetry Course at Central School of Speech and Drama.
